Module 1: Know Yourself

Enhance the connection to yourself and identify your strengths. We begin with a meditation and yoga practice to turn the focus inward, followed by collaborative writing and sharing exercises.  Work to identify what holds you back and how to ask for what you need. This will be a supportive experience in self-exploration and storytelling.

Module 2: Ignite Your Power

Tap into what motivates you and strengthen your confidence in your ability to create impact. We begin with a meditation and yoga practice to turn the focus inward, followed by collaborative writing and exercises to identify the core values that drive you. This will be a supportive experience in empowerment and connection to purpose.

Module 3: Practice Compassion

Foster compassion for self and others to increase your capability to create change.  We begin with a meditation and yoga practice to open the heart, followed by collaborative journaling and exercises designed to strengthen our compassion. This will be a supportive experience in emotional intelligence, self-love, and creating positive change.

Module 4: Express Your Truth

Tune into what matters to you and strengthen the ability to speak confidently in your truth.  We begin with a meditation and yoga practice to connect to our inner voice, followed by journaling and exercises to reframe what holds you back. End the day by creating a personal mantra. This will be a supportive experience in self-expression and personal affirmation.

Module 5: Live in Possibility

Allow your intuition to inform a process of visioning and creation.  We begin with a meditation and yoga practice to awaken the senses, followed by collaborative writing and exercises designed to explore personal goals and dreams. This will be a supportive experience in the visioning process and using your way of being to  create new possibilities.
